If the technical service and support representative is unable to resolve the issue, product replacement and repair options are provided to the customer. NEC Display Solutions offers for multimedia projectors an advance exchange overnight program called InstaCare. A "like new" refurbished replacement or comparable model will be sent out overnight (next business day) shipping (call must be received by 2:00 PM CT to make next business day commitment). Instacare is available to be extended 1 to 2 additional years, maximum 2 year extension. All terms and conditions of the standard limited warranty apply.
Instacare/Advance Exchange Overnight Summary
When asset tracking is priority, your product is repaired by qualified technicians within three (3) business days, plus shipping time. Our extended warranty option will take your products standard warranty (excluding Instacare) and extend your warranty 1 to 3 additional years, 5 years maximum.
