If the technical service and support representative is unable to resolve the issue, product replacement and repair options are provided to the customer. Advanced Exchange Overnight allows for the exchange of a "like new" refurbished replacement or comparable model to be shipped out overnight for next business day delivery (call must be received by 2:00 PM CT to make next-business-day commitment). This upgrade coincides with your standard warranty and upgrades from 2nd day shipping to overnight (next business day). Advance Exchange Overnight is available during the standard warranty period and can be extended 1 to 2 additional years, 5 years maximum. All terms and conditions of the standard limited warranty apply.
