NEC Display Solutions is proud to offer enhanced service programs and extended warranties for all of its visual display products.
 
NEC Display Service+ Program

Within the Warranty Period:
Our Service+ Program allows you to enhance your service support by upgrading from a repair and return program to an Advanced Exchange model. The program allows you to customize your service and support options, enabling your business to run smoothly by minimizing your downtime and maximizing your productivity.

If You Need Service: Call 800.836.0655 and have your NEC model number and serial number available. A customer service representative will be available (Monday – Friday, 7AM – 7PM CT). The administrator may perform telephone troubleshooting and diagnosis of the product failure. If your covered product is deemed defective by the administrator, you will be given procedures to obtain appropriate service for your covered product. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase as a condition for receiving service from NEC Display Solutions

Next Business Day Exchange: This program is available for all mobile, portable and installation projectors.
Our Advanced Exchange with Overnight Freight Service upgrades your support from the standard repair-only warranty and replaces the defective unit within one (1) business day. Advanced Exchange Overnight Service allows your customers to continue working without interruption by having NEC Display Solutions ship your customer a replacement unit before the defective unit is sent in for repair.

*Service+ upgrades are intended for corporate and commercial monitor use only and are not to be used for residential displays.

Projector Extended Warranty Program
Our extended service plans are available for additional one to two years beyond the end of the manufacturer's warranty period. These extended plans cover all parts and labor that are available under the original warranty, as well as power surge protection. You may also purchase an extended warranty for a previously purchased product, as long at least 90 days remain on the manufacturer's warranty.

Repair & Return Coverage
Repair & Return Coverage: This coverage is available on all our mobile, portable and installation projectors.

Our repair and return service requires you to return your defective NEC projector to our designated service location for repair. Our service location will repair your unit within three (3) business days. This does not include in-transit shipping time to or from our service location. If it is determined that you need a shipping carton and label for your covered product, we will provide them to you. We will pay for outbound shipping costs (2-day air) for all projectors. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your projector to our designated location. Once your covered product has been repaired, it will be shipped back to your location.
