Our Service+™ program offers Extended Warranty, Advanced Exchange Overnight and Onsite Exchange service upgrade solutions that coincide with the standard warranty length and could even extend the length. NEC Display Service+ Program

Our helpful agents will attempt to correct any minor issues that might be causing the product failure. If the technical service and support representative is unable to resolve the issue, product replacement and repair options are provided to the customer. The customer must have the model number, serial number, purchase date and original proof-of-purchase ready. Please refer to warranty service details below. LARGE SCREEN DISPLAYS

• Onsite Exchange Overnight Service* (Optional) (Screens Under 60")
With Onsite Exchange Overnight Service, a "like new" refurbished replacement or comparable model and one of our technicians arrives onsite to swap out the failed unit for you. This upgrade coincides with your standard warranty. The replacement model will be sent out for overnight (next business day) shipping (call must be received by 2:00 PM CT to make next-business-day commitment). The NEC Onsite technician will arrange an appointment around your schedule to arrive and perform replacement of the failed product. Upon resolving the functional failure, the NEC Onsite technician will coordinate the return of any defective product to an NEC Display Solutions authorized return facility. Onsite Exchange Overnight Service is available during the standard warranty period and can be extended 1 to 2 additional years, 5 years maximum. All terms and conditions of the standard limited warranty apply.

Advanced Overnight Exchange allows for the exchange of a "like new" refurbished replacement or comparable model to be shipped out overnight for next business day delivery (call must be received by 2:00 PM CT to make next-business-day commitment). This upgrade coincides with your standard warranty and upgrade from 2nd day shipping to overnight (next business day). We take care of the hassles of shipping. Advance Exchange Overnight is available during the standard warranty period and can be extended 1 to 2 additional years, 5 years maximum. All terms and conditions of the standard limited warranty apply.

The Extended Warranty provides the same warranty coverage of the standard warranty and extends the coverage 1 to 2 additional years, 5 years maximum. All terms and conditions of the standard limited warranty apply.
