NEC Display Solutions is one of the original subscribers to utilize EPEAT, an online tool designed to aid buyers in the purchase of environmentally preferable products. The EPEAT program was designed for those purchasers in need of an easy and efficient way to evaluate the various green attributes of certain electronic products. Many government organizations are mandated to purchase EPEAT rated products when available. In addition, many companies are starting to include EPEAT requirements in their purchasing requirements.
