True Integration ("Contest") is sponsored by NEC Display Solutions of America ("Sponsor"), and is open to schools and companies (“Organizations”) in the U.S. and Canada (excluding residents and Organizations located in Florida, New York, Rhode Island and Quebec). The person submitting the entry must be age 21 or older and must be employed by the Organization they list on the entry form. To enter, True Integraion, purchase and NEC LT280/380, NP1000/2000, NP1150/2150/3150/3151, NP4000/40001, WT610E, WTIW77 from November 1, 2007 – March 31, 2008 and complete an entry form, or complete the alternative method of entry outlined below. Prize will be awarded to the winning Organization. Individuals are not eligible to win. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
How to enter:
1. Purchase one to following NEC products LT280/380, NP1000/2000, NP1150/2150/3150/3151, NP4000/40001, WT610E or WTIW77 from November 1, 2007 – March 31, 2008.
2. Register your purchases on www.necdisplay.com from November 1, 2007 – March 31, 2008 and receive an entry into the contest.
3. To enter without product purchase, complete the alternative method of entry outlined below.
4. One winner will be selected each month from all the entries received during the promotion period.
5. End users will automatically be registered for the contest as well as their normal product registration.
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Organizations can have multiple entries as long as different people and different products are entered. The prize will be awarded to the Organization and not to the individual who submitted the entry. All entries must be submitted only by individuals who are employed by the Organization.

The winners will be announced on the following dates:
1. November winner announced December 4, 2007
2. December winner announced January 2, 2008
3. January winner announced February 5, 2008
4. February winner announced March 4, 2008
5. March winner announced April 2, 2008
The winners will be notified via e-mail notification and a telephone call. The winner will also be posted on www.necdisplay.com.
The winners will receive a 60” Plasma (60XM5) with choice of table top stand or wall mount. Value of the prize is $7,999 US.
Winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use name/ likeness for publicity/ advertising purposes without notice, approval, or further compensation unless prohibited by law. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and may be required to complete certain tax related forms and documentation. The value of the prize is approximately $7,999 US. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. The odds of winning are dependant upon the number of entries received. Void where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.
Void where prohibited by law. NEC and the affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, contractors working the product, project or promotion, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
By participating in the contest, participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
